The National Club Association’s Privacy Checklist

NCA has developed a checklist that enumerates the various criteria essential to maintaining private status. These criteria are derived from cases at the local, state and federal levels. Following is a summary checklist of the items that have been used by courts in evaluating a club’s private status.
