H-2B visas continue to be an incredible option to staff clubs throughout the country. With the exit of more Americans from the workforce and increased offerings at club properties, more and more are relying on H-2B visas to properly staff for the best member experience. But the growing popularity of the program comes with challenges, including caps being reached, government delays and an extremely competitive staff recruiting market.

Join us for a look ahead to 2025 filings (work on most organizations’ petitions starts in early fall) and a dive into how best to utilize H-2B visa holders at your property. Attorney Keith Pabian will discuss of the basics of H-2B visas before exploring some of the complex issues of the visa program. Club GMs Christopher Wyles and Randy Ruder will offer their from-experience tips, best practices and common pitfalls to set your club up for success.

Presented by:
