		| With so many licensing organizations for music and films and so many rules governing what you may or may not be able to do with them at your club, offering entertainment without potentially stepping into trouble can be daunting. Join NCA and Peter H. Ajemian, intellectual property attorney, Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP, for an hour of copyright law basics and licensing regulations that cover your use of music and/or movies at a private (or public) club.  We’ll talk about music public performance blanket licensing from the major performance rights organizations (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC and GMR) as well as licensing the public performance of movies from the main clearinghouses for those rights. Got questions? We’re bringing the answers. Humming along is optional. Presented by Peter H. Ajemian,Shareholder, Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP This webcast is free to current NCA Member Clubs’ Staff and Board of Directors, and $99 for non-NCA Members. |
