This webcast is presented to the myriad of club stakeholders, including but not limited to general manager/CEO, board member and staff. To create a dialogue on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), we need to establish a common way of looking at and understanding the specific terms that are readily used, why it is important to examine the subject and how we engage and ultimately act to provide various constituencies an opportunity to understand and participate in DEI efforts in their clubs. Join us April 21  to hear from Julius Rhodes, the mpr group, who will share some talking points to help you approach this broad topic with sensitivity and ways to avoid common missteps. Cynthia Enanoria, CCM, general manager, Town and Country Club, will then explain the DEI Blueprint created to address stakeholders at the club: staff, members/guests, vendors and the community.

Presented by:

Cynthia Enanoria, CCM, General Manager, Town and Country Club

Julius E. Rhodes, SPHR, Founder and Principal, mpr group

Moderated by

John C. Good, Director, Events, Technology & Member Engagement, National Club Association

This webcast is free to current NCA Member Clubs’ Staff and Board of Directors, and $99 for non-NCA Members.
