Important issues affecting employers of all types will be on the agenda in 2022 at the Department of Labor and its various agencies including OSHA and the Wage and Hour Division as well as Congress. NCA’s Vice President of Government Relations, Joe Trauger, will hold a briefing with leading employment policy experts in Washington, Marc Freedman from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and Josh Ulman of Ulman Public Policy. NCA is a member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and participates in the Coalition for Workplace Safety and the Coalition for a Democratic Workplace, which are led by Mr. Ulman.
