As the coronavirus pandemic continues to affect business across the United States, social clubs seek an understanding of federal programs that may be available. This webinar will focus on the employee retention tax credit (ERTC), a refundable payroll tax credit designed to encourage businesses to keep employees on their payroll. Presenters will clarify questions regarding club qualification regarding gross receipts and interpretation of “operations fully or partially suspended,” among other FAQs related to the ERTC extension and expansion under the Disaster Relief Act.
