Join us on Thursday, March 11 at 2 pm ET for an inspirational Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) discussion offering high-level education, resources and guidance for private clubs interested in exploring the benefits and challenges with starting a DEI plan for employees and membership. This session will share information to:

  • Develop your cultural lens to learn how diversity impacts club policies, human interactions and executive decision-making
  • Expand your leadership skill set to include cultural awareness and cultural IQ
  • Learn how to be intentional with your inclusion efforts
