Understanding President Trump’s Proclamation that Limited U.S. Immigration: The Current and Future Immigration Outlook for Clubs

On June 22, President Trump seemingly dealt a blow to the club industry by suspending the ability of foreign nationals to enter the country on J-1, H-2B, H-1B, and other visas through December 31st.  But are the impacts of the proclamation as severe as they sound and what is the future of immigration at clubs around the United States?

In this webinar, attorney Keith Pabian and NCA’s Vice President of Government Relations Joe Trauger will provide an overview of the proclamation, explain its impact on clubs around the United States, and discuss possible solutions to allow for continued staffing with foreign nationals.  Additionally, Joe and Keith will discuss the likelihood of changes to the proclamation as well as share their thoughts on the future for foreign nationals at clubs.

Presented by:

Keith Pabian, Founding Partner, Pabian Law, LLC

Moderated by:

Joe Trauger, Vice President of Government Relations, National Club Association
