To succeed, it is imperative to attract, retain and develop employees to create a commonality of interest that allows us to reach and/or exceed our stated objectives.

 

This webinar on the 3 E’s (Earnest, Engagement and Enthusiasm) examines those critical factors that need to be displayed on a consistent basis in order to provide the best opportunity for extending and cementing the bond between various members of the team, including:

·      What is engagement and how does disengagement impact stakeholders

·      How culture creation and enthusiasm impact the team

·      Utilizing empathy and sincerity (earnesty) to create the conditions for excellence
