Contributions must be made in the name of an individual, issued from a personal banking account not affiliated with a Club or business.
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and the name of the employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
Your donation will be used as a political contribution by ClubPAC at a later date.
The suggested amount is only suggested and more or less than the suggested amount may be given.
No reprisals will be taken against you or your club should you decide not to give. The amount contributed by you, or your decision not to contribute, will not benefit or disadvantage you or your club as a member of NCA.
Contributions to ClubPAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
